This introduction to “Module 1 – Life cycle of pharmaceuticals” includes links to related information on the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Swedish Medicinal Products Agency (MPA) websites, which should be used as a preparation before the on-site program at Uppsala University June 8 – 12, 2026.

Optional and more detailed information is provided in additional recorded lectures. The lectures are available in the EU-NTC (EU- Network Training Center) at the EMA website: EU Network Training Centre (EU NTC) | European Medicines Agency (EMA). Access will be granted after application to EU-NTC (see below).

Instructions for application of access to EU-NTC:

Ukrainian users should request an EU NTC LMS account as EU NCA users, following the standard procedure for external/EU network users on the EU NTC login page. EU NTC Learning Management System (LMS). The instruction states that the application should be approved by the local LMS administrator. For users from Ukraine, this will be handled by administration at the EMA.
