If you wish to add teachers to a course, follow these steps:

Click People in the course menu.
Click the blue +People button.

3. For employees at Uppsala University: use the middle option, Login ID, where you add people using their user id att UU. Do not use the option Email address. Emails can change or people can have several email addresses at UU, which can cause the teacher to never receive an invite. The user id is always unique. It's the same you use when you log in to all systems at UU.

4. Write their user id followed by "@user.uu.se".
You can add several users at the same time by separating them with a comma or a line break. to find a person's user id: log in to Medarbetarportalen, https://mp.uu.se/, and write the person's name in the search box. You find the user id beneath the picture on the person's page.

5. Make sure the role is: Teacher. In case you've created a section for teachers, choose that section. Then click Next.

6. Double check that the user details are correct, then click Add users.
