Zoom Meetings in the Calendar

If you want your Zoom meetings to show up in the calendar, create a new page and follow these steps:

  1. Name the page after the meeting

  2. Give clear instructions on when the meeting is and on how to join it. Add a link to the Zoom meeting

  3. Check Add to student to-do. This is what adds the page to the calendar.

  4. Add date and time
  5. Save

This makes finding the seminar time and date very easy for students and colleagues.

You can also add this page to a module to create a better course structure.
