Kontakta kurskamrater och lärare
I globala menyn finns en knapp: Inkorg — Inkorgen är Studiums e-postverktyg. Där kan man skicka mejl till sina kurskamrater, lärare eller grupper.
Aviseringar och push-notiser
Viktigt! För att du ska få alla meddelanden från kursen måste dina aviseringar vara påslagna. Du kan också välja att få push-notiser (förutsatt att du har canvas- appen). Aviseringar ställer du in under Konto i Globala menyn.
Var hittar jag kursens innehåll?
Kursens innehåll finns vanligtvis sorterat i moduler. Du hittar moduler till vänster i kursmenyn.
Modulerna kan se olika ut, beroende på kurs kan man hitta en blandning av sidor, uppgifter, diskussioner, m.m.
Var hittar jag uppgifter?
Beroende på var din lärare lägger upp uppgiften kan du hitta den på olika ställen i Studium:
- På startsidan hittar du alltid dina framtida uppgifter under Att-göra listan. Du kan klicka på den för att komma till uppgiftens sida med instruktioner.
- Din lärare kan också ha lagt uppgiften i en modul.
- Om Uppgifter syns i kursmenyn till vänster kan du hitta dina uppgifter samlade där: gamla och nya.
Gå till Studium studentresurs om du vill veta mer, t.ex hur du ser lärarens återkoppling.
Hur lämnar jag in en uppgift?
På uppgiftssidan ser du information som t.ex när uppgiften ska lämnas in och vilken typ av inlämning det är. Vanligtvis har läraren skrivit instruktioner till uppgiften också.
När du är redo att lämna in uppgiften klickar du på "Skicka uppgift" och skrollar ner. Där kan du välja filen/dokumentet du vill lämna in. Obs! Glöm inte att klicka på "+Lägg till en annan fil" om du ska ladda upp flera dokument. Sedan kan du klicka på "Skicka uppgift" för att slutligen lämna in uppgiften.
Får du problem med att lämna in rekommenderar vi att du provar en annan webbläsare, t.ex. Chrome.
Omdömen
På sidan Omdömen visas resultat för uppgifter och tester. För att se lärarens kommentar klickar du på chattbubblans ikon. För att se ev kommentarer som läraren skrivit direkt i dokumentet klickar du på uppgiften och "Visa feedback".
OBS! Poängen som visas är inte högskolepoäng. På omdömessidan visas endast omdömen från din lärare. Det är examinator som sätter betyg på kursen, dessa anges i Ladok.
Jobba i grupper
Varje grupp har en gruppyta där man kan dela filer, skapa sidor tillsammans, starta diskussioner och samarbeta online via e-möten, s.k. konferenser. Du kommer åt din gruppyta på tre sätt:
- Enklaste sättet att hitta sin grupp är via kursens startsida och högermenyn.
- Via globala menyn hittar du alla grupper som du är medlem i.
- Du hittar också dina grupper under Personer i kursmenyn och under fliken Grupper. För att gå till gruppytan, klicka på Besök. Här hittar du också grupper med självanmälan.

Communication within Studium
Contact teachers and classmates
In the global menu, you will find your Inbox. The inbox is Studium's very own emailing service. There you can send mail to your classmates, teachers or groups.
Notifications
Notice! In order for you to receive notifications from your courses or your inbox, it is important you keep your notification settings enabled. You also have the option to turn on push notifications for your mobile device (once you have logged into the app.)
You can control your notification settings under Account in the global menu.
Where can I find course content?
Course content can be found under Modules. You will find Modules in the course menu on the left.
Depending on the course, modules will contain a different mix of course content from pages, assignments, tests, discussions, etc.
Where can I find my assignments?
You can find your assignments in several places in Studium:
- On the Home page there is a to-do list in the right menu. You can click on the assignment to open the assignment page where you'll find instructions.
- If your teacher has added the assignment to a module, you will find it there as well.
- If Assignments are linked in the course menu, you will find all your assignments (old, new, upcoming) for that course listed there.
Visit Studium Student Resources to learn more about assignments, such as how to view feedback, etc.
How do I hand in assignments?
On the assignment page you will see information regarding what type of submission the assignment is and when it is due. Usually your instructor will have left instructions here as well.
When you are ready to submit your assignment click "Submit assignment" and scroll down. Choose your assignment file. If you are submitting several files at once click "+ Add another file" to add another. When the files are uploaded, click "Submit assignment" to hand them in.
If you encounter problems when submitting an assignment we recommend switching to another web browser such as Google Chrome.
Grades
The Grades page (linked in the course menu) shows you the results of assignments and quizzes. You can also view teacher comments here by clicking the chat bubble icon. To view feedback left in the assignment itself, click the assignment's title and "View feedback".
Notice! The points shown are not högskolepoäng. This page only shows your instructor's assessments of your work. Your grade for the course is set by the examiner and reported in Ladok.
Work in groups
Every group has a group space where you can share files, create pages together, start discussion topics and collaborate via e-meetings (such as Conferences). You can access your group's space via:
- The course Home page, on the right, you will find a list of your groups in that course.
- The global menu: the Groups icon.
- People in the course menu. Under the Groups tab. Here you will see every group in the course. You can search for a specific group here. This is also where you sign up for a group if your teacher has asked you to do so.
There you will find step-by-step guides how you can hand in assignments, view feedback, use the discussion forum, cooperate in groups, etc.
