Overview

In this course we aim to present and discuss several approaches for multi-omics integration with particular emphasis on multidimensional data. The course includes lectures, hands-on exercises, and open seminars by invited speakers. Accepted students can find links to the Zoom sessions. If you have questions during the course, please ask them on HackMD. To prepare for the workshop, please go through the pre-course information, and if you are interested you can find some additional reading materials to complement what we will teach.
