Course setup
You'll find a description of the course setup and other important information in the How the IOOPM Course Works module. You should familiarise yourself with it as soon as possible and preferably before the course starts!
Once the course has begun, important messages regarding the course (e.g. schedule changes, updates to course material) will be posted as Announcements (Anslag) here on Studium. Make sure to check them daily or (better) turn on e-mail notifications. Please note that before the course starts minor changes to the course material, including this page, might happen without any announcements.
Why is the course set up the way it is?
In 2017, the teachers who designed the course presented a paper about it at the SPLASH-E symposium in Vancouver. If you want to know more about why we are doing what we are doing, go ahead and read the paper (15 pages).
Why are these course pages in a mix of Swedish and English?
We are in the process of translating the material for this course from Swedish to English. The reason for this is to be able to have non-Swedish speaking TAs on this course. This transition will be gradual, meaning that these pages are sometimes in Swedish, sometimes in English and sometimes a funky mix.
