For Examiners: How to Certify results in Ladok

The e-learning course provided in English for examiners, which has been developed by the national Ladok project, is the same for all universities and institutions of higher education in Sweden that use Ladok. Note that the current e-learning course includes an old view of the home page. For example, the heading Certifications has been moved to the bottom of the home page and will eventually be removed. We will instead use the second heading you will see when you log in; Notified results that need to be certified. Ladok is updated every two weeks which means that names of headings and check-boxes may become outdated.

If My Progress (Framsteg) in the Student Portal is used for reporting results, no automatic link will be generated on your home page in Ladok. You will instead find the course via the heading Study documentation -> Course in Ladok. Should you wish, you can add favourite course instances under My settings (top right hand corner on Ladok's home page) to find the courses quicker when it is time to certify results. Links will then be created on the home page under the heading My favourite course instances.
