Overview
In this course we aim to present and discuss several approaches for multi-omics integration with particular emphasis on multidimensional data. The course includes lectures, hands-on exercises, and open seminars by invited speakers. Note that lecture slides and hands-on exercise notebooks will be made fully public, but not the zoom links for accessing the live streams. In turn, the following open seminars are made fully public:
