In this course we aim to present and discuss several approaches for multi-omics integration with particular emphasis on multidimensional data. The course includes lectures, hands-on exercises, and open seminars by invited speakers. To prepare for the workshop, please check the Course website and go through the pre-course information, and if you are interested you can find some additional reading materials to complement what we will teach.
