The competence management process

The starting point when working with competence management is the mission and goals of the organisation as well as the existing competence needs.

The process consists of four main parts:

  1. Identify and analyse
  2. Plan activities
  3. Perform the activities
  4. Follow up

It is important that an equal opportunities perspective is integrated in each step of the competence management process.
