PROJEKTMEDDELANDE

Höstterminen går mot sitt slut och så gör även Studiumprojektet. I januari övergår Studium helt och hållet till förvaltning. Det har varit intensiva, spännande och roliga år för oss som ingått i projektet. Att det skulle inträffa en pandemi mitt i övergången hade ingen räknat med och precis som alla lärare fick ställa om sin undervisning, fick vi i projektet ställa om vårt sätt att ge support och utbildningar. I slutändan blev det många givande zoom-möten som tillsammans bidrog till ett gott samarbete och ett lyckat införande.

Tack för alla bra idéer som ni i verksamheten bidragit med och för ert tålamod och uppskattning!

Nu önskar vi alla en riktigt god jul!

NYHETER I STUDIUM

Mejl till examinator/attestant från Resultatrapportering

Nu är det möjligt att direkt från resultatrapporteringsverktyget mejla till examinator/attestant om att det finns klarmarkerade betyg att attestera i Ladok.

Närvarolistor med e-post

Nu har vi även kompletterat verktyget Närvarolistor med studenternas e-postadresser.

Studio - Dela med grupper

Anpassade grupper kan skapas i Studio. Användare som tilldelats inom samma grupp kan dela mediefiler till alla gruppmedlemmar och hantera alla gruppmedlemmars åtkomst till mediefiler, inklusive redigering och delning av mediefiler. Läs mer i guiden Grupper i Studio.

Kom ihåg, slå på "Tidig åtkomst"!

Då är det dags igen, kom ihåg att aktivera tidig åtkomst på samläsningar och andra manuellt skapade kurser (på Ladok-kurser är tidig åtkomst automatiskt påslagen). Läs allt du behöver veta här!

Förbättrad meddelandefunktion

Nuvarande profilsidan kommer att ändras från och med den 3 januari till förmån för en förbättrad kommunikationsväg i Studium. Istället för personliga profilsidor kommer det vara möjligt att skicka direktmeddelanden mellan studenter och lärare. Det innebär också att dator- och mobil-appupplevelsen blir mer lika.

Obs! Om du har skrivit en profiltext som du vill behålla, spara ner den innan den 3 januari.

Öppen verkstad under julen

Vi fortsätter ge support och stöd under december och dagarna kring jul och nyår, kolla in julschemat via hjälp-fliken i globala menyn. Schemat uppdateras kontinuerligt.

STÄNGNING AV STUDENTPORTALEN

Studentportalen stänger för studenter den 17 januari 2022. Anställda kan fortfarande logga in på plattformen, som är i läsläge, men enbart med VPN Links to an external site.. Läs mer om stängningen av SP på vår sida med vanliga frågor och svar.

UTBILDNINGAR OCH WORKSHOPPAR

	Grundkurser för lärare och admin Grundkurs i Studium: Kursen vänder sig till anställda som vill ha hjälp att komma igång med att bygga upp kurser i Studium. Basutbildning för administratörer: En kurs som riktas till dig som arbetar med kursadministration och kommer att vara institutionsadministratör i Studium.
	Kursvärderingar i Kurt Den här kursen går igenom hur man arbetar med kursvärderingsverktyget Kurt, från ax till limpa. Kursen erbjuds både till administratörer och lärare
	Få tips och inspiration till din kurs! Var tredje tisdag anordnas inspirationstillfällen under lunchen. Syftet är att belysa smidiga, innovativa eller kreativa sätt att arbeta med sin kurs i Studium. Tag med din lunch till datorn och prata lite med kollegor vid universitetet!
	Öppen verkstad varje dag Vi fortsätter med utökat schema för verkstad. Många dagar mellan 9-11.30 kommer det finnas ett bemannat zoom-rum där lärare och administratörer kan få hjälp med frågor om Studium. Se schema. Välkomna!

MESSAGE FROM THE PROJECT

Now that the Autumn term is coming towards an end, so is the Studium Project. In January, Studium will go over to ordinary product management. It has been an intense, exciting and fun few years for us involved in the project. No one expected that there would be a pandemic in the middle of the transition to Studium - and just as the teachers have had to alter the way they teach - the project team has had to rethink and alter how support and training were provided. In the end, there were many rewarding Zoom meetings, which contributed to a good collaboration and a successful implementation.

Thank you for all the good ideas you have contributed and for your patience and appreciation.

NEW IN STUDIUM

Email to examiner from Result report

When you report results from Studium to Ladok, you now have the option to notify the examiner/attestant via mail that there are test results to verify.

Attendance lists with e-mail addresses

Attendance lists can now include student e-mail addresses. See the guide: Attendance lists.

Studio - Share with groups

Custom groups can be created in Studio. Users assigned within the same group can share media files to all group members and manage all group members' access to media files, including editing and sharing media files. Read more in the release notes for groups in Studio. Links to an external site.

Reminder! Early Access

Reminder to turn on Early Access in joint section courses, programme pages and manually created courses. The latest date to activate Early Access is the 21st of December. You do not need to activate Early Access for Ladok courses as this is turned on by default.

Improved message function

The 3rd of January, profiles in Studium will be turned off. This change is meant to improve communication in Studium. Instead of a profile, there will be a button to instantly message a teacher/student within Studium. This will bring the desktop and mobile app experience closer as this has always been possible in the app.

If you have text in your profile biography, make sure to copy it to your computer by the 3rd if you want to save it.

The Student Portal

The Student Portal will close for students the 17th of January. Employees will still be able to log into the Student Portal in read-only mode using a VPN Links to an external site.. Read more about the closing of the Student Portal in our Frequently Asked Questions page.

WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

	Introduction to Studium This introduction aims at providing you as a teacher with a basic understanding of the functions in Studium, and give you the tools to get familiar with the platform.
	Course evaluations in Kurt This course is about how to work with the course evaluation system Kurt, from start to finish. The course is offered to both administrators and teachers.
	Get tips and inspiration for your course! Every third Tuesday there is an inspiration session during lunch. The purpose is to highlight effective, innovative or creative ways to work with a course in Studium. Bring your lunch to your computer and have a conversation with your uni co-workers!
	Open Workshop Every Day! Most days between 9-11.30 there will be a staffed Zoom room where teachers and administrators can get help with questions about Studium. See the schedule here. Welcome!
