If you are doing the project with more than 1 group member, all group members should sign up for a project group before you submit your proposal. Do do that here and then go to the tab "Groups". If you do the project alone, you can submit without signing up for a group.
The proposal should explain the project background, the data set, the idea and how the work will be carried out. Upper page limit: 2 pages.
