The programme gives you in-depth knowledge about molecular and cellular mechanisms causing diseases, including genetic diseases and cancer, with special emphasis on epigenetic mechanisms. You will learn to independently analyse and interpret research results and data, generated by current methods and technologies. You will also learn techniques for developing novel molecular diagnostics and therapies with applications in both research and industry.

Welcome to Molmed - Master's Programme in Molecular Medicine!

Admitted students will have a mandatory roll call and information on Tuesday August 25 at 11.00 in Rudbeck hall at Rudbeck Laboratory where you will be registered. You can not register yourself before the roll call.
Please send an email to mastermolmed@igp.uu.se if you do not have the possibility to join the roll call.

Students on the reserve list will be notified via email if a spot on the programme becomes available.

How to get the campus card: 

The campus card is a mandatory multi-function access card for entry to all the University's campuses and for printing and other services. If you study or work at the University, you should have a campus card.
