Welcome to the course!

The course will start on Tuesday August 30 with the first lecture in lecture hall 2 in Ekonomikum.

All lectures and problem-solving sessions will be given on campus in the lecture rooms in Ekonomikum. 

The course has two parts: mathematics and game theory. We will begin with mathematics, and for this part of the course we will use the book Essential Mathematics for Economic Analysis by Knut Sydsæter and coauthors (6th edition published in 2021). Lecture notes and other course material will be available when the course starts (click on modules).

The game theory part will use the book Game Theory by Steven Tadelis (published in 2013).
