This course will review the main steps of the recruitment process for technical and administrative staff as well as various laws and agreements that are important to be familiar with when recruiting within the state.

The recruitment process for teaching positions is regulated through the Appointment Regulations as well as local guidelines within the faculties of the disciplinary domains.

The course will also provide tips on how to use the Varbi recruitment system as an aid in different stages of the recruitment process.
