Welcome to Medical Genetics 2025!

The joint section Medical Genetics (3MG011, 3MG322 and 3MG307) starts with the roll-call on Monday 1 September at 9.00 in B10:1at BMC

On-campus education

It's mandatory to show up at the roll-call; otherwise, you may lose your spot. Ladok registration in advance is not possible. We will do the registration in Ladok after the roll call. Please send an email to mgc1@igp.uu.se if you can not come to the roll call.

Preliminary schedule 

Bioinformatics - compulsory for the Molmed, IMIM and Forensic students, not available for freestanding students.

Professional Training (PT)is compulsory for all programme students, voluntary for freestanding students.

Exam

The exam is planned to be held on Monday September 29. See Ladok for time and place. 
The registration will open in Ladok when the course starts. You need to register for the exam at least 12 days beforehand.

The retake is planned to be held on Saturday January 10.

Please note you are only allowed to bring your own pen. Scratch papers will be handed out by the exam attendant.
Violations of this rule will result in consequences, including but not limited to point deductions or, in more serious cases, reporting to the Disciplinary Committee for assessment of appropriate sanctions.
