The aim of this quiz is to give you an opportunity to check your understanding of the mathematical concepts that we will be relying on during the course. 

Instructions: 

  • Before taking the quiz have a look at the pre-course mathematical foundation section. Depending on your background, you may need some time to go through the text and example exercises
  • When ready with revisions, take the quiz
  • Note down any questions that may be difficult or confusing. Bring your notes to the course, we will discuss on Monday
  • There is no time limit on the quiz and it should not take more than half an hour
  • You can only take the quiz once
  • The quiz closes on April 23rd, 21:00
